I just noticed last night that at some point there was an update enabling LDAC on Samsung Galaxy S23 phones. Previously I was stuck using AptX to communicate with my bluetooth dongles but now with LDAC they sound much better. LDAC must be enabled on your dongle or dongle app. Then go into your phone's bluetooth settings, select your dongle, and slide the "enable LDAC" slider to "on". Cheers!
