Hello everybody,
Currently my on-the-go setup is the ATH-CKR7TW that I don't like too much because of the lack of shine with female vocal. While I'm trying to sell them, I'm looking for my next wireless setup.
I used to have a modded Sony h.ear-in collar with ath-im connectors that worked wonders with my ATH-IM02, but I broke it recently trying to fix it. I don't want to have a new bluetooth collar as sometime they are incovenient, and would like to have something like the TRN BT20 to make my IEMs truly wireless.
However such accesories only come with 2 pin or MMCX options, with no choice to have ATH-IM connectors. So I'm looking to replace the connectors on my ATH-IM02 to MMCX to be able to use a wide array of options. Would you recommend me to go that route or just to buy a brand new IEM.
And if the later, which would be your recommendations for an IEMs that could be an upgrade to the ATH-IM02 which also shines in female vocal?
Thank you
