MMCX connectors for Shure SRH1840

I'm having a real problem finding someone who can sell me a pair of MMCX connectors that are suitable for Shure SRH1840.
 
I bought a custom cable from Forza Audioworks. It arrived, and had MMCX connectors on it, but they didn't quite lock into place on the Shure. Compared to the factory cable, these MMCX cnnectors were a slightly different length. So I reported to Forza and they sent another cable: same problem !!  They refunded me and mentioned something about Shure having changed the spec.
 
So I contacted Shure here in the U.K asking where I can buy the connectors: they said they had no idea !!!  Crazy.
 
Please, does anyone know somewhere that sells Shure-compatible MMCX connectors ?

It looks like Frank can't help - anymore suggestions ?  Why is it so difficult to find the correct MMCX part ??!
