Hi,

I recently got some Brainwavz B400 but the right MMCX Cable won't stay in, it works when it is in but the slightest force will detach it and due to this I've dropped the right headphone multiple times.

Is there any way to fix this? Or should I just contact Brainwavz?

Are you sure you have pushed the MMCX connector all the way in? It sounds to me like you didn't have it all the way in.

Yes, I am sure, it can't possibly go in any further as the plastic surround is basically touching the earphone.

Maybe saying the slightest force was a little bit of an exaggeration but if I hold the headphones by the cable and swing them it will fall out.

You can try bending the 2 half circle connectors outward slightly. Just make sure you don't bend the center pin.

If it's still under warranty just contact Brainwavz.

That will be my suggestion as well. I have seen MMCX socket that was just a a heir too recessed that it caused (any) MMCX pin to fit very loosely. This might be the case here and there is nothing to do but to return it.
