mixed news folks...my North T.O. option fell through. I'm looking into NYPL to see if we can borrow/rent a room from them. Anyone live in North York able to book their condo's party room?

sorry for the delay, folks. As it stands, I have a 60 person room available to book @ NYPL - It will likely cost about ~ $200 to book (out by 7 pm) and isn't available on a Saturday before mid-June! Since the vast majority of responses have expressed interest in a T.O. location, I'm stumped for options. Looking for options...

Considering the current date, I don't see how/why we couldn't throw you an awesome homewarming party with a meet in the party room! I'm up for early April...
