I'll be bringing some HD650s and Perreaux SXH1 and SXH2 amps.
I'll bring a few SACDs and a couple of DVD audio discs if
anyone is brining a universal source. All I have is a Pioneer 563a (and a 578a). Hardly high end!

I'm out in Whitby but can drive to anywhere in the GTA on the weekends.
I have a small list of ( DIY tweaked ) amps, but loads of music, source gear,IC's,cables,mains cables etc etc...a lot of DIY tweaked gear from DAC's to Amps, CDPs' etc...nothing too fancy but quite nice none the less.
I'd love to meet you crazy fellow Head Fi junkies for an afternoon or evening of musical enjoyment , gear gab etc...

Do you have an some mogami, canare or spc cables and some 3.5mm connector and techflex? Maybe I can buy some off you since its a pain to order some online. Maybe on the next meet I can pick it up off you.
Agreed. If another happens, I'll make it my mission to go. I was unlucky enough to still be in NB last time around. Hell, if I had more equip and a better knowledge of audio-related products, I'd offer to host it.

those two are not requirements. Truth be told, most people socialize more than they listen to equipment at these meets.

As for the real topic of this thread. I've been thinking about maybe a late Ocober or early/mid November meet. Need to hash out the details and figure out some dates that work though. I'll start a planning thread in a week or so.
Get to Buffalo....find out that buffalo is locked down....waited 2 hours to leave. Was supposed to leave at 455pm to catch a connection at JFK. Had 45 min layover....missed that flight. So Delta got us on a flight from JFK to Tampa, FL (about 4 hours NW). So at 1am, i had to rent a car....drive it from tampa, got in at 5am, then they lost my luggage...so here i am, no luggage...no keys to my car at the airport...had to call a friend at 3am to run to my house and pick up my spare set of keys and meet me at 5am at the airport.
Finally walk in the door at 530am....no sleep for 26 hours, no change of clothes.....
My gawd....i dunno how you guys did this trip for Canjam.
