I agree with you. Having been a victim of fraud (shown phony marketing materials, invoices, etc.) doesn't give anyone a license to steal, even from people attempting to perpetrate fraud a second time. But there's something intrinsically funny about this kind of revenge.

I save the day, maybe. The guy from the auction braillediver posted.

Me: I have looked up DOGG DIGITAL speakers and found out they are part of a "White Van Scam" and they got bad reviews at audioreview.com. It this true?

You are one lucky dude!

I'd love to have those guys come up to me sometime so I could waste a few hours of their time only to tell them that I know what's going on lol.

Could have but I don't think I could turn him in or anything. The only thing I could do was email all his bidders. It might be truthful and least he answered.

Another email:

ME: I have looked up Dahlton speakers and found out they are part of a "White Van Scam" and they got bad reviews at audioreview.com. It this true?"

Guy: I BOUGHT THEM FROM A FRIEND THAT NEEDED SOME MONEY AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BAD. I HOOKED ONE UP JUST TO SEE HOW THEY SOUND AND THEY WORKED GREAT.

Liar.

nOrhs seem to be all about looks. They use good quality drivers, but they measure horribly:

These are their most expensive speakers! The null of -15dB is actually worse than the peak of +10dB that the white van speakers have.

Totem is another brand that sells several expensive speakers with poor measurements (not nearly this bad though).
