Basically, if you're a fan of any of the bands in the subject line, you should get this. Even if you only have some vague, passing interest in RIO and/or avant-prog, you should get this anyway. The Zappa influence is probably strongest, but you can also hear Mr. Bungle worship, the quirky rhythms of classic RIO, and most things in-between.
Easily one of my favorite 2009 releases - pretty much a powerhouse in terms of creativity, musicianship, songwriting, and all around interesting music.
