Ok, it seems like we have an expected showing of possibly around 15 people. I may bring a couple of people along.

Since, we have are expecting lower showing, would you guys still want a 5-hour session? I'm sort of leaning towards a 3-hour session from 11 AM to 2 PM on May 26th.

Do note that a 3-hour session is $155 and a 5-hour session is $225. Additional hours are an extra $40.

It's on the Sunday right before Memorial Day though it is on Memorial Day weekend which some folks may be out of town.

If you may be out of town that day, we may try to hold another meet some time in the future.

Before making the Gofundme, just wanted to confirm some things with folks who can attend on May 26th.

Date: May 26th (Sunday on Memorial Day weekend)
Location: Autumn Grove Park building; 1395 Lydia Ave W, Roseville, MN 55113
Time: 1 PM to 4 PM (Clean-up around 3:30 PM)
Rental cost: $155 (not including tax)
Gofundme Campaign: ~$166 = $155 (rental cost) * 1.07 (7%, approx. sales tax)

Note: Gofundme takes a 2.9% + $0.30 cut from each donation. If the goal of $166 is not met, I may just pay the difference. Again, no donation is needed for attending but any amount will really help us!

Let me know whether that looks good or if I'm missing something or any concerns.

I have successfully reserved the Autumn Grove park building on May 26th, Sunday, from 1 PM to 4 PM.

Address: 1395 Lydia Ave W, Roseville, MN 55113

Some things on the park guidelines that I should note:

- No alcohol, tobacco, or vapor products in the building or in the park grounds.
- We cannot go into the building earlier than our time of reservation to set up.
- Tables and chairs will be set up and put away by park staff. I assume we can still move them around to our liking.
