Minibox-E+ hands down.

I guarantee your Coppers will pump out pure win with it, I would know.  It is a low-profile amp to boot, so it should take up less space than other amps, not sure about that Corda.

iBasso P3+ if you want to be rolling opamps like crazy.

I was told minibox e+ is especially for Etymotic, but also see a thread that to change the opamp can be very similar like Lisa3. I'm in China, the new version of minibox e+ is about $130, it's half price of corda xxs. Ignore the price, I just want the right one.

It is, but it is great with anything, really.  It is really just the sound being tipped up towards bass, the opposite of ER4, which is the opposite of bright headphones in general.  It won't bottleneck the Turbine at all.

EFN got all excited over AD8065 in the Minibox-E+, but AD8610 (stock opamps) and AD8065 are really mediocre plus their noise floors are not low enough for Turbine Pro.  You need to swap out for something like ADA4627-1, OPA1641/OPA1611, ISL28127, ADA4841-1 and various others for a lower noise floor and better sound overall.  I've been rolling lots of opamps in my Minibox-E+, lol.

Do you have a link to the newest version of the Minibox?

Thanks for everything. Yes there are links, but they are Chinese. The new electric frame(cycle?) is OPA627AP+BUF(634), and the buffer(?whatever) is three times of the original. Hope this can help you. People send the original one to Three Stone, pay about $30 for the mod. The original one is RMB678, the new one is RMB868, very good price.

I'm okay with Chinese links.

3x stacked BUF634??? Insanity!

So Three Stones can mod my E+ into the newer version for $30?  But then overseas shipping costs...

What is it called?  Have you seen any reviews on its sound?

http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=4885218596 here is the link he sells it. Buy a new one
maybe much cheaper for you, or you can mod it by urself.
they say
改善挺明显的 it's much better

After all, every aspects are much better, except for the mid analysis.

Bad english, sorry

Any other revisions besides the opamp update to OPA627AP?  Buffer is the same BUF(634).

-__-'
It looks exactly the same as mine.  Other head-fiers said in the Minibox-E+ thread that OPA627AP sounds about the same as AD8610 in that amp.

I've seen that there are empty soic pads where I can add BUF634AU under the stacked BUF634P for more buffering.  I haven't tried it out because that is definitely going to shorten the battery life even more.

So have you seen anything on Minibox-G?

That's not so portable anymore.

A 28v transportable amp, lol.
