Just a quick and possibly silly question from a guy who knows little more about cables than that he loves silver because it keeps the vampires away:
I have a portable player with mini-jack out, and it is also my main source. Lootoo PAW Gold. Pretty good.
I have two amps with nearly anything you can want for inputs (Topping A90 and Focal Arche). What is the best choice for cabling between the source and the amp? That is: which port on the amp will produce the best results -- IF there is any difference?
Asking because my wallet is burning to buy the right cable.
