Micro zotl: tubes replacement...

Hi guys,
Tube searching again

Came across these 6SN7 but seemed quite unfamiliar in terms of the look. Has any one tried them before?

The coin base RCA's have a tendency to be microphonic, more so than most 6SN7's. I wouldn't pay much for them. The red base 5692 from RCA is a classic tube, considered by many to be among the best, although I didn't think it matched the Ken-Rads or the Syl VT-231's. I haven't heard the GE 5692.

You are quite right about not scratching the itch (in the other thread) ... pandering it mean loosing much $$$ in one's wallet.
I am just going to buy some to roll for my understanding of how they "change" the sound of the micro zotl ... hopefully
