Is there any effect on sound quality related to micro SD quality and speed, or does that only relate to file transfer speed?

Is there any recommended 'good' brand/model? I am looking for ones in the 400-512 GB range.

I just ordered a Dethonray DTR1, have a WM1A and a Shanling M0.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I don’t think it effects the sound quality at all for me and I have several different brands and speeds. They all seem slow on transfer speed but copying gigs at a time takes a while and doesn’t bother me all that much. I also don’t notice any difference in the players that I have that I could say yes this is the fast Sandisk card over the more budget ones.
