At Meze Audio, we deeply value first-hand experience and constructive feedback from seasoned users. Our goal is to connect with as many dedicated headphone enthusiasts as possible—people who share our passion for sound and craftsmanship.

POET is built for lasting durability and timeless elegance, delivering an immersive, refined listening experience. At its core is the custom-engineered Rinaro MZ6 Isodynamic® Hybrid Array driver—advancing the award-winning tech of LIRIC and ELITE with exceptional clarity, low distortion, and spatial accuracy.

Enhanced by Dan Clark Audio’s AMTS, POET smooths high frequencies for a more balanced, relaxed sound, perfect for long sessions. A hand-braided copper cable with a 6.3 mm termination ensures premium signal transmission and seamless integration with high-end systems.

Hi,

i'd love to test the POET at home! I already had a couple listening sessions in Munich High End and left positively impressed.

  • kRed
  • I'm in central Italy, Umbria.
  • I run a Youtube Channel focused on Headphones: https://www.youtube.com/@headeuphony , I already made a video on the Empyrean II, and a 109 Pro review is in the works. :) I also publish articles on Italy's biggest music and audio community: Musicoff
  • My chain is: Eversolo DMP A6 Gen 2, Chord Mojo 2, Erzetich Perfidus and Cayin IHA-8.
  • I could compare the POET with various ZMF i have in house at the moment, especially the Auteur Classic which is my reference. I also have the Sennheiser HD650, an Hifiman Arya Unveiled, and possibly a Bravura system!
I would be happy, in addition to a written review, to make a "first impression" video on it.

We could hand-pass the POET with @MusicalDoc8 , as we are close to each other.

Audio Review: Unfortunately, no official in-depth reviews at this time. But this will be my opportunity to dive into this portion of the audio hobby!

Audio Gear: SMSL VMV D2R (DAC) / SMSL VMV P2 (Pre-Amp) / Orchard Audio Valencia (Power-Amp), Xduoo XD05T (Portable), & Fiio Q15 (Gaming). (Cayin RU9 will most likely be added to this list by the time the Poet arrives)

Headphones for Comparision: Abyss Diana MR, Final Audio D7000, & Focal Clear MG Pro. (Meze Elite will most likely be added to this list by the time the Poet arrives)

Simply thank you for consideration and opportunity to give your product a try and provide an honest written review against headphones that fall within the same price category.

Audio Review: While I don’t yet have a formal review history, I’ve spent many years in the headphone hobby and I’m confident I can provide insightful, balanced impressions based on extensive critical listening experience and ownership of top-tier gear. My goal is to deliver an honest, well-structured review that reflects both technical observations and practical usage.
Audio Gear: Topping DX9 DAC/Amp, xDuoo TA-66 Tube Amp with many NOS tubes for tube rolling, MacBook Pro (2023) as portable source.
Headphones for Comparision: HiFiMan Arya Unveiled, Meze 99 Neo, Stax SR-007 mk1, and many others I’ve owned over the years, as recorded in my personal Excel tracker (including original Meze Empyrean).

Thanks for considering my application!
