I'm hoping to make a 3-channel amp (like Pimeta) with some leftover parts I have lying around. My question is, is there any benefit in putting a buffer (BUF634) after the TLE2426 like its done with the EL2001 in the META42 power virtual ground circuit if you are using the three channel setup of a PIMETA (Left, Right, Ground)?

Nope. That's what the whole ground channel is for

That would almost certainly give worse performance, and it'll draw more current to boot.
