This is my third try at putting together a Meta and the third time that I have failed. Same problem every time. Looking over my board I notice that a couple of the resistor traces where ripped(when I pulled the resistors through the holes) and was wondering if that would be causing my problem. I was also wondering if there was someone that I could send my board to, with all of the parts soldered into place to have them look at it and tell me if they know what the problem is.

If you're ripping traces off the board when stuffing the board, you're using way too much force. Send me all three. If you have the envelope the parts came in, you have my address. Otherwise, ask via PM.
