So I'm sitting in history review today, listening to my ZV:M through my KSC-75s, and I press a button to go to another song, and it freezes. For the first little while I figured "Oh it'll stop being dumb and start working again sometime really soon." Nope. I finally put it in Recovery Mode and I can't get it to reboot normally. Tried Clean Up, Format, and Reload Firmware. When I reboot it I just end up back in Recovery Mode. Any ideas? I won't have a chance to call Creative till the day after tomorrow, so it'd be great if anybody has any good ideas.

This would be the second ZV:M I've sent back to Creative. The first was my fault; I cracked the screen. I've treated this one like a newborn child, I've been so gentle with it.

If you reformatted the disk and reloaded the firmware from your PC and it still doesn't work then sounds like a hardware problem unfortunately. Afraid you may be on unit #3 soon...
