So, I was on the Meizu site last night and came upon some advice/sites.
Just yesterday, I bought my first DAP and off Ebay. After reading...geez, hope I get the real McCoy...all 4gb.

Anyway, some (or most of you) may know about this but for those who don't...
Here is a site that does a round-up of all neutral/negative of an Ebay seller:

You can, of course, take out that seller's name. I left it in there, as obviously he's still selling. The Meizu admin had this to say about him:

A site in the UK discussing bogus DAPS: http://www.xbox0.co.uk/

I guess formating my player should be first on my list. This is new to me, beings that I have not owned one.

Hopefully my player will be legit.

If you want to buy Meizus and ipod nano clones, the best place to go is probably www.mp4nation.com . I've seen a few threads about them around, and they apparently sell players with genuine memory. They also guarantee your player doesn't have hacked memory, so I guess they are as safe as it gets.

I think if mine turns out bunk, will try to get a refund and shoot for a Trekstor.
