I have it connected not only into my DSP5200s but I also have my Squeezebox Duet's digital out connected to the 808i.2's digital input to use the internal DAC. Big improvement in the sound of the Duet. Not yet the same as the direct CD but a big step up.

omg!

it's huge. must sound awesome. congrats on the player. a big purchase. but meridians are top notch. it should prove to be a long-term keeper.

Yes it is a PPP but unfortunately, the power cord for the 808 is too short so instead it is just plugged into the Power Bloc. I bought a DCCA cord for it but it turned out to be not flexible enough to fit easily behind the stand.
