Melos doesn't make anything currently, they're out of business. The listing reads "custom-made," though. Wasn't Zanth's SHA (and one other) made custom for Joe Grado and some dealer?

From what I can see, it looks like someone gutted an SHA-1 and mounted it in a smaller case. Minus a couple of outputs.

Looks exactly like the one made for Joe that I now own. As far as know..there were only two made, this could be the one Grinch owned.

Indeed, though this has a smaller footprint, has room for a bigger transformer (upright at least), uses 12au7's (far superior to the 6dj8 variety) and best of all has no preamp circuitry
