What about doing thia on friday of grand final long weekend?

 
I'm OK with the idea. What date is that? Does it suit others? I know some of our peeps work Friday nights and weekends.

Can we get some consensus on days / nights? Would people prefer a Tuesday / Wednesday night or a weekend day?
