after speaking with a mee audio rep I finally decided to bite and ordered my p1.it will be arriving tomorrow.

when my case broke, the interior looks poorly made... extremely disappointing.

Yikes, that is disappointing. I'll just have to make sure I'm gentle with them.

same but the build quality is only for a few weeks before it starts to wear and tear. Case broke after 2 weeks, i have no idea why. Cable has fitting issue. However, sound is phenomenal

What do you mean by wear and tear? How does the cable have fitting issues?

I might have missed it - what serial number does the second batch start from? I haven't had any issues yet, but I haven't been able to listen to them every day.

There is nothing wrong with the case; it's one guy. It's a leather style case with fold over flap. There is nothing to break. Only seams to rip.
