Recently bought a Sony MP3 and some decent headphones.  I started downloading my David Bowie collection, and half way through the Media Go software asked to be upgraded.....but Windows10 wont let me download it for some odd reason.  Now I cant get to sync my collection to my MP3.
 
Any recommends please from someone in the know?
