I found the MDR-7506 for my brother to buy, it's 23 euros more than the ZX-700. 
I wonder which one is actually better, I've never heard the audio quality of the MDR-7506 so please tell me which one's better!

One has iPod connectivity (volume and next track) on the cable the other does not. Otherwise they are basically the same.

ehm, but the zx-700 and the mdr-7506 don't have an iPod connectivity. 
but as for the sound quality and comfort they're the same?

I have both the V6 and ZX700, I think it really comes to preference... I myself like the V6 way more... They seem lighter, better built and more comfy... Soundwise, the ZX700 is really forward, not much soundstage, and a mid centric sound... The V6 sounds way more fun, with a slight V Shape and more bass... Id pick the V6 over the ZX700 anyday
