So I want to upgrade from my pioneer steez and was looking at getting on of the sets I mention in the title. I know I like clear sharp sound but great bass too....sot which should I get?

I have the marley rebel they are bass heavy but not as heavy as say beats. The sound is half decent. And at the low price they are now like 29-39 bucks. They would be ok cans for listening to certain music like rap or Reggie. Other than that I don't like them for country or rock. I'm no audiophile either but just love music and headphones on a budget.
