I'm searching through old posts right now, but can't seem to find anything on the subject.
I'm reading that adapters will introduce some level of degradation.
Disregarding price for the moment, which combination would result in a greater degradation of sound of the cable?
A] markertek mini-mini cable with a female mini/male dual RCA y adapter
or
B] Outlaw PCA with an female RCA / male mini adapter
Both are well regarded here, so I wanted to find out which one of these setups would worsen the properties of their respective cables more. Neither company seems to make their cables with a mini plug on one end and RCA plugs on the other. I'm going to try and call Markertek to see if they can make a custom cable with RCA connectors on one end.
