Do they have the same acoustic effects to the sound as the spin fit tips, but with better isolation?

Did a bit of experiment - i removed the orange foams of my Small tips. Now it fits a lot better/deeper. Isolation is 'quite' the same

My experience with wide MandarinES so far:

Sizing: I usually use medium, sometimes large for my left ear. The large ones should be branded XL and are useless to me. The medium feels like a large and only works for shallow insertion IEMs, like the Xelento. Will probably have to order some small ones for deeper fitting IEMs. Suspect they will fit similar to regular medium tips.
Sound: Amazed by the sound, truly best of both worlds like others have described. Punchier bass, improved detailed imaging, wide sound stage, great dynamics and good isolation. Best sounding tips I´ve tried.
Comfort: For my Xelento the mediums are perfect due to the shallow insertion, angle and oval tip, I wore them for 16 hours straight awake and sleeping, no discomfort and seal never broke. For my MMX 102 (bullet style), the mediums are a bit uncomfortable and feel too big.
