As Shure had problems with the connectors to the earpieces failing on the early SE215's, has FiiO taken that into account in the design of the RC-SE1?
Shure had to replace numerous earpieces and cables, including mine. I'm not sure whether the problem was with the earpiece side of the connection or the cable side, but they lost connection early in my ownership. Shure's warranty is good for two years and they replaced everything quickly with no further problems. I'm still curious and interested in the FiiO's, however, for potential SQ improvements. When will they be available in the US?
