MAD Price Increases

I was just checking the MAD site recently, when I noticed DR. Peppard's message about price increases that he's implementing to offset "U.S. - Canadian currency shifts," so now every product is about 15% more. Does anybody else know about this, or have there just been a million threads already that have somehow evaded me?

Yes, I have seen this already mentioned in other threads and the good Dr. posted on his website about the impending ( now official ) price rises back in April if memory serves.

Considering I bought my first ( have built 3 ) MAD kit back in 2003 and paid almost $500 back then shipped ( and this was the basic Ear without the ALPs pot, Blackgates, Auricaps and Hexfred Diodes too ), I think this is the first real price rise.

I see that Dr Lloyd is offering for the month of June free shipping for N American orders and a $30 credit towards International shipping/orders.

Still a great product & fabulous service and one that I'm more than happy to support !

Lloyd have posted long time ago and it got covered on head-fi already.
Agree with LoweArt and mrarroyo when they both said that MAD makes great products and have a amazing service that makes us owners more than happy with our choice of MAD's products ...
