Hello,

I have ordered a pair of decent cans (Beyerdynamic dt880) and a Headphonia portable amp. Now I wonder if my M-Audio 410 Firewire, which I mainly use for my speech recordings (I am a phonetician), will be a decent DAC for my new equipment. The M-Audio 410 Firewire has two headphone outputs with individual volume controls. Does anyone know if it can also work as a headphone amp? Will it perform better than my portable amp?
