So I was at lunch today, getting new tires on my car and I wondered into Rat-Shack. I was looking at all of their re-branded Koss headphones and there on their clearance table was a pair of Optimus Pro45s (AKA Sportapro) what was the price you ask??
how about a measley 4.99 What a bargain! especially since I don't currently have any headphones. (You may remember my lovable car forced me to sell all of my stuff to replace the tranny)
Now I have a panna SL-SX460 and the sportapros (total investment $25 bucks

). I have a pair of portapros on the way from Koss. how much better are they gonna sound?

anyway, the audio gods are once again smiling upon 2 channel!

You gotta love it when serendipity works in your favor. Congrats on the find. Is this, perchance a "clearance" price, and therefore applies to all Optimus45's that we can find around the country? I may have to check my local Shack's and see if they have any left.

Anyway, enjoy the cans.

Not sure if it was a clearance price or what, I bought the only pair they had. (they were NIB though)
