How does it stack up against the Little Dot or other amps in the same price range?

I almost bought one, Really thought hard about it. Got a Darkvoice Figaro220V instead. Have not looked back since. It weighs about 4x as much, and the tubes are not exposed. I have a Toddler with F1 speed. He is fascinated with lights. I DO WANT TO BUY OR BORROW ONE JUST TO COMPARE THE SOUND.I did listen to the Little dot and it had a completely different sound. I liked the Figaro more.

Lunchbox is exceptional amp, when it comes to driving the phones it was designed to drive(Beyers 770, 880, 990; Senns 580, 600, 650) or any less known cans with 250ohm+ impedance. With lower impedance phones-not so much.

I almost bought one myself...however Boomana was nice enough to sell me hers at a awesome price. I couldnt resist the deal she offered.

I never actually got a chance to listen to one to be honest with you. I really wanted a taste in tubes and the DV seemed like a better choice at the time.

Im hoping someone will have a lunchbox at canjam...will give it a listen and let you know how it compares.
