I'm still confused. So there's a AD5790 version, a AK4414 version, and a R2R version? Or is R2R a gimmick (like how Hifiman called their PCM1704 dap "R2R2000") that simply refers to one of the AD or AKM chip?

This dap has gotten my attention like no other dap before. Problem is communication with LP is horrible. Last thing I want is buying a potentially 5 k brick if I can’t get the help I want down the line.

What a shame.

Such is my pain, but LP6 is on top of my list.
Why? A DMPZ1 owner is thinking of trading his unit for the LP6 gold.
Z1 didnt sound that great.

The LP6TI has a 4.4 connection , a 6.5 connection ? And a line out , but what size line out ?
