Anyone tried to do this? I have no soldering skills whatsoever. I contacted Jan Meier about the channel imbalance I'm getting at low volumes (due to the relatively high gain structure of the Porta Corda) and he said that since I have relatively easy-to-drive cans, that I may want to lower the gain on my PCII to rectify the issue.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has done this? I'm assuming it's just a matter of adding a resistor or something? I'd prefer someone else do it, since I'd rather not ruin my PCII.

thanks

I've done this, it involves swapping two resistors. Relatively easy, obviously requires soldering skills however. I'll try to find my notes when I get home tonight...
