Yes, it was a cheap cable, cheaper than the IEM it’s on. The price was under US$65.

For that money, you will mostly only find no name cables. Simgot LC7 (https://www.linsoul.com/products/simgot-lc7) is the best I can think of, but it's $70. Probably worth it though.

Haha, yes, right. For a cable, it's not low-end (price-wise). Nevertheless, I found it had decent synergy with some IEMs I paired.
