If you get the Venom in a 4.4mm configuration, it'll only come with the 4.4mm TRRRS connector. The fifth pole/terminal is used for the cable's shielding. You'll only get an extra 3.5mm connector if you get the 2.5mm version, since the 2.5mm TRRS plug only has four poles/terminals.

What he said if they do a 4.4mm version. Unless you already have 2.5mm version?

I decided to sell my LPGT to fund my next purchase. If you are interested, please PM me.

Lol I just bought another one as I missed not having that pmeq. What are you thinking of getting instead?

    Maybe the Tera-Player?

IMG_1124.JPG IMG_1127.JPG IMG_1129.JPG Probably more practical alternative to VanNuys case from Diesel. At least it keeps player hooded in case of rain, snow etc., and also has separate pocket for IEMs. It is even possible to push play/pause forward/rewind without taking player out from the pouch.

Oh wow, now that is an upgrade!

I am the latest to upgrade from the LPG to LPGT. The replacement screen on my LPG started fading to pink far too quickly, so moving on was inevitable.

The LPG is otherwise a good DAP, but in usage the LPGT is a whole different ballgame. One day in and I am loving it. It is one of those purchases that quickly banishes any possibility of buyer's remorse. (And I have had more than my share of such over the years.)

I will post more detailed reflections when I have time.

Nice, I'd struggle with one of those in my pocket at the gym though
