Lol just updated the n8 but now have a lotoo to do too!
UI is still quite stupid.
Lets see how many people post in sympathy
In what way ?
Navigation. It is annoying.
Which bit is annoying to you, lotoo is one of the better ones for gui
I wish I could select to play songs by genre. Other DAPs have this option. It´s the only thing I currently miss.
If someone can´t download directly from Lotoo or wants to skip the low download speed, I´ve uploaded the firmware to Mega servers:
I thought that after I'd just posted it. I thought hardly a massive problem is it!
There are many moments. I can describe them, but will do it tomorrow.
I agree that LTOS is better than OSes on other DAPs. Sorry to AK and N6ii/N8 fans, but AK’s Android-based UI, while seems modern, is mediocre per my taste. OS on N8 - I have not experience with it, but from reviews it is not per my taste too. Definitely, I’m not fan of software from Hiby. Their HibyMusic for iOS is pretty ugly. Android on N6ii is absurd. Why do I need calc, calendar on DAP? It would make impression for me that I am using Android-based smartphone “with DAC chip”. I guess this is due to cost optimization, but it moves that DAP to my black list.
Now back to LTOS. It is better, no doubts. But “better” is not necessarily “good” New slider, really?
thank you for sharing announcement. i like that lotoo keeps optimizing the software and functionality. so far, i feel quite please with lpgt.
Not listed in the Update notes: the bug where the Professional UI frequency bars would periodically display non-existent silent breaks when playing MP3s seems to have been solved. It is no longer laggy either. The frequency bars display is correct.
