I can wait an eternity, because I'm not getting one. Send me one of your cowons so I can demo it :) I don't know which one to try. I still want to try that little red hi fi man too, even though the screen hurts my eyes.

I looks tiny though.

Oh, and paw6000 is pretty damn nice, I'd take it over most I've tried. Do you still have U8? I think everyone on here has sold theirs. cool dap though.

Great UI on the paw paw for sure
I did enjoy the sound from the U8.

Not sure why?
LP6K took 7 days not express...
Meant after a month or two the "audiophile" will just move on to the next dap. On and on and on.

This time I am not sure there will be an upgrade path :p Maybe a side grade ?

This is why I take my time to understand everything about a device before I buy. I rarely sell audio equipment, because I get it right for me.

The only problem, when you take your time and finally narrow it down, something new is released and you are back to square one :frowning2:

I also have to save the money too. I only pay cash personally. I can wait, because I already have two great sounding daps.

Only if one thinks that what's new or updated automatically is better. It's not like that, isn't it?

Hi, what do u think about LotooPaw 6000 comparatively to Sony NW-WM1A? Because its the same price

From memory only, I'd say the 6000 is a touch smoother, more towards neutral and more resolution/detail/better space between instruments- whatever you want to call it. Balanced vs balanced.

So in general you think it's better, right? For now my DX160 fits perfectly. . . in the future you might even consider purchasing another dap, now i prefer to buy a Ciem

Well who can say what's better, the Sony sounded very good, but I like the way the paw presents things it's very easy to pick out parts in complicated passages more so than any dap I've owned.

It probably has the most holographic presentation, not that I've heard but that I've owned. So yes I like the signature better than the wm1a. Had the dx160, a very good sounding dap one of my faves especially for the price.

Hi there,

Does someone own the Paw6000 and the Dethonray DTR1? If so, is it worth the "upgrade", knowing the power of the DTR1, but the lack of PEQ?
