Where did you contact Lotoo, tried sending an email but haven't got any reply for a week now.
Sometimes, your location's distributor has contacts

I am still really enjoying Lotoo Paw 6000! It is a great little player.

Same here, Paw 6000 + HD600 is what i'm using most often these days.
I add a touch of sub bass depending on the mood and music, but it's already great sounding as is.

In praise of the Lotoo Paw 6000. I'm on my second. I bought one new and inexplicably decided to sell it.
I had convinced myself that Android and streaming was the way to go. Wrong!
I ended up buying a second hand one off of ebay. This one sounds better - maybe the burn-in.. I don't know..
Point is, Shanling with the M5 Ultra are trying to do what Lotoo have perfected IMO. There is no substitute for the real thing!
Lotoo Paw 6000 - buy one. You know it makes sense!

I'll check this out, before they keep saying they don't have batteries.
I just got a volume knob cover for the P6000. I am in the USA.

Synergy is an odd thing. I have some very nice DAPs in my collection. I own Sony NW-WM1Z, Sony NW-WM1A, Sony NW-A55, Lotoo Paw Gold Touch, and Lotoo Paw 6000. Out of ALL my players, the Meze 109 Pro headphones are their very best on Paw 6000.

I finally picked one of these up after trying at least 30 other DAPs. I REALLY like the sound of this model. So clean and yet rich. Now of course I am wondering how much better the touch is - sigh....
Welcome to the club. The paw6000 is my travel dap along with a set of UM Mest mk ii. I’ve got others but this pair never disappoints. Never selling it.

Well, Howard Shore Lord of the Rings sounds beautiful on Lotoo Paw 6000 with Meze 109 Pro headphones. Zero complaints. I ordered a khaki Lotoo case and screwed on a new volume knob cover. This baby is mint and rocks a 1.5 terabyte SanDisk Ultra micro SD card. I am very happy with it.20240720_212627.jpg20240720_212653.jpg

Hi.
Nasty upset here. My beloved Lotoo P6K seems unable to correctly sort my audio files. All but a few are FLAC files.

I have had my unit stored away for sometime, listening to music on my other setup.
As of yesterday, my P6K has started to scramble the order of tracks within the album folder. Mind you, the files themselves are named "01 - xpto", "02 - whatever" and so on.

I browse my music by folders, don't use playlists, usually do not browse my music via the other methods (by album list, artist or songs).
I structure my music files top-down by artist's folder. Within, by album folder (year.album name). And further in, by Opus or CD number folder, the original album release might have. Music track files are named accordingly as "track number - track name".
Total track count is on the lower 6xxx mark.

This hierarchical structure as been working nicely from the start. It enables me to choose the artist, and listen to my music by album, in a sequential way from beginning to end. Now, this is just a matter of random P6K's whim.

What I've already tried.
Update firmware from 1.2.1.11 to 1.2.1.12.
Format my 1TB SD card on the P6K itself and restore its contents from my music backup PC drive.
At the moment, I'm using a SD card format tool and performing a full format. Hope this solves any card related quirk.

I've read somewhere on this thread, that the P6K unit might need sometime on boot up, to read and validate file count on the SD card, and possibly do some indexing. Am I jumping into play mode (after booting up) too eagerly or too soon?

Any ideas/hints, please?

Thanks in advance.
