So, i own a sony mdr zx600 and have been using it daily for the past 1 year, but the problem with these sony headphones is that the fake leather on the ear cups keep peeling and they have become rather unsightly. I think its time to fork out for a new pair. After much deliberation, i couldn't decide on what to get. I love the sound of these headphones but the peeling leather irks me so much. I would want my next pair to be equal or above the sound of these and would love to hear your recommendations. My budget is about a $100.
