Im Looking to buy or build a cMoy. I listen to mostly Metal/Hardcore music. I read online that there are diffrent variations of the cMoy. Whats version is best suited for my music? At this moment im using a Ipod 5.5g 30gb, and a set of Shure e2c's. Im going to upgrade my headphones in the near future.

The starting point for DIY CMoy is Tangent's site.
http://tangentsoft.net/audio/cmoy-tutorial/

It seems to be generally accepted that the 220µF electrolytic power caps suggetsed by Tangent are a bit small (depending on the brand), and that 470µF is probably a better choice, and the polyester input caps should be a bit larger than indicated - Tangent suggests trying .22µF, .47µF or up to 1µF.

The single biggest difference in the CMoy type range, and the biggest influence on the sound is the choice of opamp. See Tangent's page on this
http://tangentsoft.net/audio/opamps.html

There are CMoys with different virtual ground circuits. Read Tangent's page on this
http://tangentsoft.net/elec/vgrounds.html

All of the other CMoys are variants on the original design. Various eBay sellers have their own interpretation on this. Such as

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Portable-Head...QQcmdZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Micro-Cmoy-he...QQcmdZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Biosciencegee...QQcmdZViewItem

While I don't mean to overwhelm you with information on this, you can see that your question isn't as simple as which one should I build (or buy). Some of the CMoys on eBay are well regarded (biosciencegeek has a good reputation), you should be able to find some more information by searching here at head-fi. perhaps search for CMoy and find someone who listens to the same style of music.

There are of course other portable headphone amps, such as the PA2V2 and Go-Vibe that are in a similar price range and are well respected here.

I hope this helps.
