Looking for sub 200USD portable amp

I am looking at headphones and i would like to get an amp with them:
Looking at both IEMS and some big senns, ATs, AKGS, Grados, or Beyers for at home

Requirements
Rechargeable battery
Built in charger (Highly Preferred)
Capable of driving both low ohm and high ohm 300+ headphones
Durable
Nice volume control that wont easily bump and kill ears
Small enough to pocket with an ipod
Sub 200USD
Strong non breakable jacks
If i have it in my pocket the jacks wont get greatly stressed (Most likely top mounted jacks vs side like the minibox-d unless it is easily pocketable without stressing jacks)

There is the MisterX XP meets all your reqs. and it only costs $115 from MisterX. I run my E500's to my DT990's with it, great amp.

My only concern was wait time for the mister x xp

contact Mister X, I think wait time is less then 2 weeks, or roughly 2 weeks including shipping, at least it was for me.

If you got rid of the charging circuit then you could get the best sounding amp. The Xin Supermicro IV.

Skylab has done a fantastic job. The OP needs to listen for himself and then make a selection, using Skylab's thread as an starting point is wise.
