I'm looking for a permanent pair of iem's i could use for the next 5 or so years. I am a huge bass head, like the kind who would put 18+ inch sub in their car and go to competitions. Saying that, I am looking for monitors that will suit my needs. I would like an iem that can give deep, powerful bass but also not overpower the mids and highs. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I listen to Mostly Rap, Edm, and Dubstep but listen to Death/folk/speed metal, Vaporwave, and Renaissance/Medieval Classical occasionally. 
 
The only pair of Good quality earbuds I have owned were the Denon ah-c300

IMO, the only IEM on your list that is capable of true basshead performance is the Sennheiser IE80, with its adjustable bass that you can dial in to your liking. Otherwise, most IEMs in your stated price range don't have a focus on bass quantity, but rather on clarity and bass quality.

It's not really the price range that's the problem, just the nature of the IEM market. In general, I've observed that bassy sound signatures get increasingly rarer as you go up in price, since many audiophiles expect clarity and neutrality at higher price ranges. I would say that once you get above $150 or so, diminishing returns start kicking in hard for IEMs.
 
That being said, I would recommend the Dunu hybrid lineup as a good place to start, particularly the Dunu DN-1000 since you like bass, but still want clarity.

The ATH-IM02 is certainly not for you. That is tuned for flat, neutrality.

The IM03 has a lovely amount of bass. Is it bass-head level? I don't know. Certainly more than some like. But I love it.

The Earsonic SM64 is another one like that. Not really bass-head IEM, but the lows are emphasized.

The only real bass-head IEM I've heard is the Klipsch R6. An upgrade to that would be the Klipsch XR8i. I'm sure there are more, but that's the extent of my experience.

Among those the only one I can be sure of for bass is the Sennheiser IE80. Apart from that, look into the Aurisonics Kicker. They were bought by Fender and the FXA-2 is cheaper but is supposedly the same model. Haven't found comparison reviews to verify that though.

 

I use the older Aurisonics ASG-1.3, which sounds alike except it uses the older, bigger, 15mm driver. I did get it more for comfort though (especially vs the IE7 and IE8; but I find longer sessions easier than even Shure/Westone as the friction is more spread out), and I use Neutron Music Player to lower the response from 500hz down to 70hz. If you want bass that gets loud without getting muddy, this is for you. At 32ohms it's an easier load - not too high nor too low - although with my Galaxy S3 it had a little bloat vs my Note3 (and a Note 1 and Note 2 I tried with it).

From your list I would say avoid the IM02, one of my favorite IEM but it's completely rolled off in subs. IE80 only if you love midbass (Future Sonics G10 a good alternative if you want flatter bass & monitor tuning, though I encountered a few metal type recordings it didn't quite nail). A3 might do OK with eq, I only tried it out a little though (tbh I even preferred well powered xb90ex)..
