Some time in the future, I think I'll get some IEMs and I want to know what might be good for me.

they should probably be around $100 cuz I never really get more than that.
I listen to mostly Rap, Rock, and Techno
I am a Basshead (I enjoy my HD212s so I'm ridiculous when it comes to bass) that doesn't mean I like everything else to sound bad, but I like the bass to be a bit prioritized.

Now, Shure seems to be raved about a lot but bass is supposedly lacking, Is that true?
Also I've heard about Altec Lansing having a copy of some Ultimate Ears(?) that are signifigantly cheaper.
Turbines also look good to me.

Just help me out (and I know being a basshead on Head-Fi is like a black guy in the kkk so be nice

)

Sorry for my confusing format of writing too. And thank you in advanced.

The JVC FX500 and the Denon C710 are good options for you particular requirements. Those two phones do bass better than any of the top tier phones you see touted around here. I won't quite say that the Shures are lacking in bass but it's a strange kind of bass, and one that I don't seem to like.

They don't compare too well the the bass monsters in the $100 range.
