Looking for headphones.

Hello,
While I'm new here, I've come to this forum for a lot of stuff.
 
Now I have a question I can't seem to find an answer for.
 
 
Is there a cheap-ish pair of headphones with a microphone that would have the XLR connector for the mic, not the TRS?
All I've found so far are over 200€ broadcast headphones, and that is too much. 
 
I would be using them mainly for gaming purposes.
 
What other options do I have?
Would I be better off buying a separate mic, or use somekind of adatper to get TRS->XLR?
 
The mic plugs in to my Focusrite 2i4, which actually also accepts 1/4 inch TRS.
 
I'm searching for XLR mic because I understand that they are better quality?

Max budget is 100€, anything less is very welcome.
 
I'd like a condenser mic, unidirectional. 
 
Right now I have a no name 10€ dynamic mic. It's really close to my mouth, so that I can set the gain so that it doesen't pic up the TV next to me, but I am heard well. Can I do that with a condenser?
 
Heh, reading my own text makes me wonder do I really need a new mic lol
