Mainly for listening to music. My music taste is extremely varied there's not really any specific sounds I'm listening to.

I appreciate there are many brands like Bose, Sennheiser etc but I've not a clue what is best for the above price range and requirements.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.

We need more information to help with recommendations.

What environment will you be using these headphones in? Will you require isolation? What about portability?

Are you planning on using them with your smartphone, or a computer?

Isolation would be ideal. I would be using them with both a smartphone and a computer.

Thanks.

Knowing nothing about your taste in music, I'd recommend either the Sennheiser Momentum 2, SoundMAGIC HP150, NAD HP50 and B&O H6. To learn more about them use the search function in the upper right to find their respective product pages and read reviews.

They should all be within budget and available from Amazon UK. You can always try out the pair that seems the most promising and return it if it isn't to your liking.

Hope this helps.
