Hey guys, I need some suggestions of some above decent headphones. I am a college student, and I need a pretty comfy all around headphone. I am probably going to study with these headphones in a school's library, so I am looking for a headphones that has minimum noise leaks, maybe noise cancellation as well, but that is not important, as well as comfort.
 
I currently own a pair  Koss Portapro headphones, and they are superb, however they leak a lot of sound, so it might be distracting to others. On top of that, the aluminium band on top is making me bald in a painful way.
 
So I am on a budget of 50 dollars, maybe at the max of 70 if someone can convince me on a pair of superb headphones.

The ones that come to my mind are the JVC HARX900's....but they are mainly for home listening.

They sure do leak and any open set will, although I feel like the SR60's aren't as bad as others.
 
I would suggest looking around ebay for a used Creative Aurvana Live! or a Denon D1001. Another idea would be to wait for a refurbished ES7's for ~55 on sites like JR and BuyDig.

They offer great bang for buck at 50usd. they sound great, warm, lush mids, extraordinary for vocals (like all ath's I gues). They are a tad colored though, so if you want a more neutral sound, try beyer dynamic dt531s.

Np, and those Panasonics look great, I hear many good things about them and they isolate quite well.

Try the Senn HD203's.  I picked up a pair and they're a pretty decent set for that price range.  A little dark, but they don't leak sound, and sound pretty great to boot.  But just remember to rip out the cloth liner on the inside of the cans to open up some clarity.

If you can find Sennheiser PX200-II on the cheap, take them. Lovely little headphones, if the price is right. Zero sound leak at moderate listening levels.

^^Agreed, I have only bought and used the PX100-II but they are the same in terms of build and fold like sunglasses to become really compact. I would have probably bought the PX200-II if only the price was within my budget.

Definitely nice headphones, 1 chick in my favorite kpop group uses them hahaha, and another uses the PX200-II. kekekeke.
