So my father is sold on getting a turntable for Christmas. He doesn't want us to spend more than $100 on the whole system. I know you can't really get a good turntable AND speakers for under $100, so I'm stretching the budget to $150. I've got an AT-LP60 picked out for the turntable, but are there any good, budget stereo speakers out there? Must be self-powered.
He has a lot of 60's and 70's stuff. Assorted genres, but his favorite is rock.
