I currently use a pair of shure se 215's which I like but I am looking to get some OEM's with a wider sound stage and better bass then the shures preferably closed back for around $150 any suggestions?

OEM? Where I come from that is an "Original Equipment Manufacturer"...
If you mean IEM then I cannot help you I'm afraid.
If you mean full-size headphone then there are loads of options since most full-size headphones offer a better sound stage than IEM's. Audio Technica ATH-M50x seems like a good option at your price point. Open backs would increase the wideness of the soundstage a lot further still though.
