Hi, so i love Dubstepp, Dance, and rap. Ive been looking for new earbuds ever since my Skullcandy Ink'D earbuds bit the dust and i wanna ask your guy's expert advice for something under 40 bucks becuase i am totally clueless. My friend has Skullcandy 50/50's and i like the bass on them but as I've been reading the forums a little I've see you guys saying not too good of things about skullcandy so it would be awesome if you could send some of your knowledge my way. And also my only way of getting the earbuds is through amazon.com so they have to be available there. Thank you so much!!!

FX101 is the best bass under 40.. They do sound great with all of those genres plus any other you might listen to.. They can be sibilant at times though so if you're sensitive to hard S's they might not be perfect.. Otherwise they are easily the best especially considering they are ~15

Another vote for the JVC HA-FX101. You won't be disappointed and cheap also.. :)

Another vote for the JVC HA101's. I JUST got mine and they sound amazing right out of the box. SO MUCH BASS...

Def try the jvc ha-fx101's. Bass is HUGE but doesn't drown out mids and highs. I've eq'd them recently using a parametric eq and the eq tutorial floating around on here, and they are just perfect now.

And while an amp isn't needed to push them.. the bass gets pretty nasty with one. :wink:
